Workshop device for poly-fusion welding of pipes and fittings from PE, PP, PB a PVDF, for diameters from DA 20 to DA 125 mm, combined with butt welding possibility for diameters from DA 50 to DA 160 mm. Clamping tools is controled by mechanical shift, device is equiped with two heating elements - for poly-fusion welding and butt welding, and also with an electrical planer. Transport case allows easy transport and also can be used as a pedestal for welding unit.

Plastic welding machine for heating element socket welding of PE, PP and PVDF pipes and fittings from OD 20 up to OD 125, and for the heating element butt welding of PE, PP and PVDF tubes and fittings from OD 50 up to OD 160 with SDR 7,25. Complete with welding pressure setting and scale, planer with electrical chain drive in a closed aluminium housing and external chip removal. The machine carriage works with a linear prismatic guideway on a solid basic frame.

The fitting side features a simple clamping device; limitation of the insertion depth is secured by a turning knob depending on the diameter (version selectable in mm or inch). Both slides may be aligned axially in order to adjust the fusion pieces; positioning is supported by an insertion stop. The swinging socket heating element is built on the machine including holder, features on/off-switch, electronic temperature control in accordance with DVS 2208. For the storage of machine and accessories, a carrying case is available.
